Hello, I hope this review finds you well. I have been going to the Community Resource Center in Long Beach for about a week now and it’s been a good time. There are free classes daily, with a calendar for each month available in person and online. Some of the classes I have tried and enjoyed are Zumba, Cardio Step, and Cardio Dance. There are also free yoga classes available, as well. The Community Resource Center offers other classes concerning food, mental health and recreational activities. It is a great resource you can use because it’s since it’s open for the community and membership is free. I have had a great time at the resource center and so can you. Thank you for reading. Has a lot of good programs for families and is open to other cities near by. They also have give aways but only for the people that live in the city of Long Beach

Plenty of parking space and 2 of the busiest long beach city busses drop you off right right with an arm reach. You should have no problem getting here from down town long beach and from as far as LA. Do not be intimidated to seek help when it comes to your well being.
